I begin by measuring your site to create a base map.  I use this to create a concept plan based on your requirements, needs, and a client questionnaire.  3D renderings and images will be used to help communicate concept ideas.  After review of the concept plan, I refine it based on input from you, to create a layout plan.  The layout plan will be a scaled plan showing all hardscape elements and materials, as well as a planting plan showing quantity, size, botanical and common name, and exact location of all plant material.  These plans include all the information a licensed contractor will need to bid on the construction of your new landscape.
